Wagenbach General Contracting is a Certified Building Contractor in Lakeland, Florida, specializing in commercial and residential projects including tenant improvements, new facilities, renovations, additions, and design/build work. We have 40 plus years in the construction industry doing design and project management.

With more than 12 years of project management experience across Central Florida including Polk, Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco Counties. We have overseen projects in professional, retail, medical, educational, single-family, multi-family, and non-profit sectors.
